My initial visit was for an emergency. I was really happy, because the scheduler got me in without an appointment. Everyone was friendly, the doctor knew what he was doing, and there was actually no pain with the drill. I've continued as a patient because the place was very clean, everyone is courteous, they take my insurance, and they always get me back on time! One thing...I recommend driving in. If you take Metro like I did, be prepared for close to a 10 minute walk.
